Delete Your uKeep Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 – In the app (fastest)

1. Open uKeep and sign in.
2. Tap your profile icon (top-right).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Using uKeep as a guest, without an account? The same button is called Delete My Data: it erases the guest account and everything in it the same way.

Option 2 – By email

Email hello@ukeep.me from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes: your account and login, your profile information, all cloud-synced business cards and the notes on them, your scan history, the photos of your scans, and the app usage data linked to your account. This action cannot be undone. Cards stored only on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.
